Flexo is a platform connecting workers with employers for flexible work opportunities. We do not guarantee the availability of jobs or workers, and we are a platform only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of content you post on Flexo. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the app.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings under "Delete Account." Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
Flexo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor the availability of shifts or employment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
