• Work experience, languages spoken, and work type preferences

• Company name (for employer accounts)

• To match workers with employers
• To send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, password reset) via Resend
• To display your public profile to other users
• To improve our services

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers:

• Supabase – database and authentication
• Resend – transactional email delivery

We may also disclose your information if required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings under "Delete Account." Upon deletion, all associated personal data will be permanently erased from our systems within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cloud storage. However, no method of data transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Flexo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
